You waited…

You waited…

Waited while I struggled with self-doubt,

And then You waited,

While I still struggled with self-doubt.

You waited…

While I kept fighting the same failure,

Tripping over the same trap, time and again,

You just waited patiently.

You waited,

Knowing I would make it through,

Trusting in me, when even I couldn’t do so.

You waited,

I will wait,

I will wait on you.

And until you come through,

I will wait for you.

Isaiah 40:31 NKJV

But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.
