You are Good and I am Loved. In the waiting, In the shattering of my dreams, In the lone hours of the long nights, In the midst of anxiety and addictions, My Lord in heaven on high, You are Good and I am Loved.

No matter what, No matter why, No matter how much pain is thrust upon my shoulders, This I know and this I repeat – You are Good and I am Loved.

When the going gets tough and the tough doesn’t get going, When the days are harder to bear, And life harder to live, And hope teeters on a weak strand – Father in heaven, You are still Good and I am still Loved.
